Job summary

Yanfeng's College Internship Program offers real-world projects through full-time work during the summer break, from May 24 to August 13, 2027, providing hands-on, career-specific experience and coaching.

You will be assigned a buddy and a mentor to support your development, and you will participate in networking and educational activities to learn about Yanfeng, our values, culture and career opportunities. This program connects interns across the U.S., supported by technical training.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety or similar field.
• 3.00 GPA or higher.
• Ability to work full time; 40 hours per week.
• Prior internship(s), work experience, and/or extracurricular activities preferred.
• US Sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Internship provides real-world projects via full-time work during the summer break.
• Buddy and mentor will support development and onboarding.
• Interns engage in networking and educational activities to gain exposure to senior management and learn about Yanfeng, values, culture and career opportunities.
