Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 5-7 years as multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required).
  • Experience supporting multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments.
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Partner with field leadership to translate strategy into action.
  • Oversee talent management including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.

The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Human Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred)
