The Director reports to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and advises School leadership to align HR programs with Milton's mission and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience leading HR functions and teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals and oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations.
• Ensure HR systems and workforce planning align with Milton's priorities and Workday rollout support.
