Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton, the newest member of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Director of People Services to lead all HR functions for a brand-new 40-bed facility opening in spring 2027.

The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits, safety, workers' compensation and payroll, ensuring OFCCP compliance and fair hiring practices while partnering with leadership to foster engagement and core values across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal HR laws (OFCCP compliance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions within the hospital including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Manage benefits, safety, workers' compensation and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies; partner with leadership to support engagement and core values.
