Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking an HR Operations and Payroll Specialist at our Home Office in Roseville, MN. The role centrally manages HR data workflows to ensure timely processing of new hires, terminations, and changes in compliance with PHS policy.

The specialist serves as a first-line reviewer of HR transactions and collaborates with HR and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure downstream accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR operations, payroll support, HRIS data entry, or related administrative roles.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review HR transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll teams.
• Monitor, manage, and validate HR transactions for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Assist Payroll with processing adjustments and validations.
