Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Data Analysis Analytics and Insights Engineer III to transform HR data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and SPSS to support workforce analytics and human resources decision‑making.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and on-site work in Chantilly, VA. You will validate data from multiple sources, use Python for data manipulation, and collaborate across teams in a fast‑paced,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of professional work experience
2+ years of experience developing data visualizations and conducting data analysis, preferably with HR datasets in Tableau and/or SPSS
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and/or SPSS to support analysis of workforce and human resources data
Conducting data analysis across HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders
Aggregating, cleaning, and validating structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems to support reporting and decision-making
Using Python to manipulate, transform, and analyze data in support of recurring and ad hoc business needs
Supporting work in a classified environment and complying with security and clearance requirements
