CGS Federal is seeking an HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Journeyman for the Washington, DC area. This full-time, mid-level role supports mission-critical HR data initiatives, dashboards, and reporting for a federal client.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams, analyze workforce trends, and develop documentation and deliverables to drive continuous improvement and compliance. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
