Job summary

AT&T in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior HR Data Analyst to govern HR data, build scalable reporting, and offer insights for better business decisions. Expect collaboration with stakeholders, analytics using predictive methods, and secure access to critical HR information.

You will own legacy systems and drive process improvements while delivering dashboards and workflows that enable clear, actionable insights for HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, math, engineering, physics, CS or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, governance or related field.
• Experience supporting data access controls, governance processes, and data security requirements.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases/data warehouse platforms (Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Collaborative approach, strong communication, ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or audits.

Responsibilities

• Guide HR data governance, access requests, and secure data view design.
• Create dashboards, reports, tools, and workflows to make data understandable and actionable.
• Use HR and business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Apply analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, and BI tools to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Own legacy systems (CENET and Webphone) and support process improvement, change management, and access audits.
