What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to provide data and insights
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports to senior leaders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in collaboration with the People Strategy Manager
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- Training/Experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, power query, data modeling, and formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
