Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition partner to lead Data Center recruitment across designated US locations. You will partner with business leaders to translate workforce plans into staffing strategies and close critical roles with a focus on candidate engagement and process excellence.

You will own closing strategies, provide leadership with regular updates, and help build scalable hiring frameworks while traveling to Data Center sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent advisory, HR business partnership, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting complex, high-volume, technical, operational, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or Data Center hiring preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs, manage stakeholders, and communicate status to senior leaders.
  • Experience managing candidate relationships, offer strategy, and candidate closing.
  • Strong program-management skills, including planning, risk management, prioritization, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, influencing, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and execute a market-wide hiring event strategy, including identifying opportunities, coordinating logistics, and representing the organization at recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned Data Center locations as business needs require.

  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for Data Center hiring leaders across locations.
  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and staffing priorities.
  • Define scope, roadmaps, schedules, resources, risks, and success measures for Data Center hiring programs.
  • Coordinate with sourcing recruiters on pipeline needs and candidate handoffs.
  • Engage and close candidates from sourcing pipelines, addressing concerns and communicating expectations.
  • Develop closing strategies with managers, recruiters, and sourcers for priority roles.
  • Provide regular updates to leaders on progress, pipeline health, risks, and actions.
  • Identify and mitigate hiring-program risks and drive timely decisions for priority roles.
  • Establish scalable hiring frameworks, processes, tools, documentation, and rhythms for Data Center talent programs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Support organizational change-management around new hiring processes and growth.
  • Use hiring data and market insights to identify trends and improve outcomes.
  • Operate independently, seeking direction on complex assignments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
