Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

United Ag & Turf NE is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator that is responsible for supporting the HR department with daily operations. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Gather and analyze HR data and prepare reports and presentations for HR management
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices

What it Takes

  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Any HR Certification will be a plus
