Nucor Towers & Structures Inc in Hazelton, PA is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day administration, processes, documentation, systems, and coordination across multiple locations. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and proactive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will partner with NTSSC for payroll, own site-level talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and site compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least two years of human resources experience.
• SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR-related systems experience.
• Commitment to safety and active involvement in safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NTSSC for payroll administration at a site level.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and community outreach.
• Own all aspects of talent acquisition at a site level, including job descriptions, postings, interviews, and SuccessFactors administration.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding at a site level.
• Administer benefits programs for the site and manage related enrollments.
• Process site claims (worker’s comp, unemployment) and handle appeals.
• Administer FMLA and AAP requirements for the site.
• Serve as site point of contact for Random Drug & Alcohol testing.
• Manage employee relations and compliance for the site.
