Location: Reston, VA
HGL is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator – Onboarding & Compliance to support onboarding operations and HR compliance administration across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining HR records, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and positive new hire experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time hourly non-exempt role. HGL office work is dictated by a 5-day work week with 40 hours per week anticipated Monday through Friday.
Office Type: This is a full-time, in-office position for the first 90 days. After 90 days, a hybrid work schedule of two days work from home, three days in office.
Travel: Up to 5% is possible, but not likely.
A favorable pre-hire drug test is required.
All positions are subject to a pre-hire education and driving record verification.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.77-$32.08 per hour. This position's final salary can be impacted by various factors including, but not limited to, contractual requirements, geographic location, job-related education, training, experience, and skills.
