Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team across administrative tasks and projects. You will handle records, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and reporting, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and experience in an office setting, with preferred Oracle HCM and SHRM/PHR certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of HR experience, or a Bachelor's in business administration, HR or related field with 0–2 years HR experience.
• Experience in an office/professional setting.
• HRIS experience, preferably with Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with intermediate/advanced Excel.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience working with HR shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates electronic records and personnel files.
• Prepares onboarding for new hires and IT setup requests.
• Updates HR reports weekly and monthly.
• Processes HRIS transactions in Oracle HCM (terminations, changes, promotions).
• Oversees voluntary termination process and HR trainings.
• Responds to staff inquiries on HR policies, benefits and matters; escalates complex issues to HR business partner.
• Provides cross-functional support to other departments as needed.
