Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to support critical HR functions and foster positive employee experiences by partnering with Centers of Excellence and streamlining processes at Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) in Prescott.

You will manage onboarding for new hires, facilitate self-service transactions, and ensure data integrity across HR systems while delivering exceptional service that aligns with our culture and standards of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years relevant experience or an Associate/Bachelor's with 1 year relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HR terminology and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support and ensure complete and accurate data entry in HR systems.
• Offer HR policy guidance to help employees locate and navigate policies.
• Oversee onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure a positive experience.
• Support Day One Orientation and monitor candidate experience for alignment with culture and efficiency.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our HR Coordinator, you will support critical HR functions and foster positive employee experiences by building partnerships with Centers of Excellence and streamlining processes.

Every day you will provide comprehensive support for onboarding new employees, facilitate manager and employee self-service transactions, and meticulously ensure data integrity across various HR systems.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions, manage multiple tasks with precision, and commit to delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall employee experience.

• Ensure needs are met in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service in support of HR functional support, as well as manager and employee transactional HR support.
• Provide HR Policy guidance to assist employees in locating and navigating enterprise and divisional policies.
• Oversee onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure positive experience for all candidates.
• Support Day One Orientation, as well as monitoring of candidate experience to ensure alignment with culture and efficiency of activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems.
