Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recruiter/HR Coordinator to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and conducting orientations for our team of compassionate caregivers who provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients.

Under the direction of the HR and Recruiting Manager this position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top caregiving talent, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, career fairs, social media, local schools, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Carefully review candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the caregiver role.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and conduct thorough interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, knowledge, and fit with our company culture. Collaborate with the care coordination and client services teams to ensure a comprehensive evaluation process.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process, including background checks, orientation, and relevant training.
  • Compliance and Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate information, hiring documentation, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
