Role is Remote; Looking for someone in CST or MST. Role is hourly with a pay range of $23.56-$26.30, 8am-5pm.

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both the HRIS and provider recruiting functions. This position is responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks related to employee data management, HR process coordination, and provider recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities across HR teams.

Responsibilities Include
  • Work directly with the HRIS team and the IMO team to collect, verify, and consolidate employee data from multiple entities into a centralized HRIS.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR processes during acquisitions, and expansions.
  • Schedule and coordinate integration-related training, town halls, and Q&A sessions for staff.
  • Coordinate the warm hand-off of practice managers to HR Business partners after acquisition.
  • Enter, update, and audit employee data in the HR system.
  • Maintain and update provider recruiting databases and tracking systems.
  • Support provider candidate interview logistics and experience.
  • Maintain organized digit files and documentation for ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, including meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and other duties.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external HR presentations.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications
  • Associates’ degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using HRIS software is a plus.
  • Experienced in collaborating across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
