Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
  • 1-3 years HR experience focusing on recruitment, onboarding and ATS.
  • Payroll processing expertise and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
  • Proficiency in UKG/UltiPro is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for people.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
  • Forge connections with local schools and organizations to create talent pipelines.
  • Master our applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring and candidate experience.
  • Craft welcoming onboarding experiences for new team members.
  • Anticipate staffing needs using workforce management insights.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits; ensure accurate compensation and records.
  • Provide guidance on HR, benefits and payroll policies.
  • Maintain wage scale adherence and handle leaves of absence including FMLA.
  • Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
  • Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives; ensure legal postings are up to date.

  • Be the talent scout who finds the perfect fit, managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.

  • Ensuring Smooth Operations (Payroll and Benefits):

  • Become a pro at navigating UKG/UltiPro, managing employee records and handling all payroll-related tasks.
  • Be the go-to expert on HR, benefits, and payroll policies, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA, with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain wage scale adherence, and act as workers compensation liaison.
  • Cultivating Growth (Performance Management):
  • Play a vital role in our performance review process, helping our team members reach their full potential.
  • Maintain meticulous personnel records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on HR policies, empowering our team with knowledge.
  • Gather and analyze team member feedback through surveys to drive positive change.
  • Championing Our Culture (Culture and Engagement):
  • Be a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
