Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an HR Compliance professional to manage workers' compensation claims from initial report through resolution, partnering with employees, leaders, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure timely handling and regulatory compliance.

The role supports administration of the organization's HR compliance program, policies, and practices, with a focus on cross-functional expertise and adherence to applicable laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in workers compensation and/or claims management.

Location: UCHealth Admin Peoria - Aurora, CO.

Department: UCHealth Human Resource Administration

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of onsite and remote work based on department needs.

Summary

  • Manages workers' compensation claims from initial report through resolution, partnering with employees, leaders, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure timely handling and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develops knowledge and cross-functional expertise to assist with administration of the organization's HR compliance program, policies and practices.
