Job summary

UCHealth Rangeview Loveland in Colorado is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide consultative services to assigned business units, aligning HR services with broader strategies.

You will work on engagement, recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning, advising leadership on workforce best practices.

This is a full-time, on-site role with dayshift; salary range $41.43–$62.15 per hour and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Onsite role with no remote option.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.

  • Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Pay: $41.43 – $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience

Summary
