The Coordinator, Compensation & Classification supports the administration of the university's classification and compensation programs. The coordinator utilizes independent judgment to provide technical and administrative guidance to internal and external university partners. This position assists in ensuring the consistent application of classification and compensation practices while supporting compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions. Full-time experience in Human Resources, business administration, or closely related area. Experience with personal computers using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
