Responsibilities

• Coordinate less complex classifications to expedite recruitment, interviewing and hiring to ensure compliance with court mandates.
• Interpret and apply personnel laws, rules, policies, and processes in post-examination and certification functions.
• Provide backup coverage and may travel to institutions within the region and/or other regional HR offices or headquarters.
• Travel statewide to attend recruiting initiatives and hiring events representing CCHCS.
