Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for the site, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

You will guide employee relations, performance management, engagement and development, ensure policy compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture while delivering training and coaching to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience; SHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems, Oracle, or Power BI preferred.

Additional Information

The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
