We need an HRBP to build a strong, high-performing team that will drive our company's rapid growth.

Who we're looking for:

An HR professional with experience hiring for product teams (preferably in B2B SaaS)

Someone who can work independently without supervision or micromanagement

A person who values hiring quality and long-term impact over just filling vacancies

Able to build recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes from scratch (including automation)

Understands startup culture and can "sync" with the founder

Nice to have: Employer branding experience, love for people, sense of humor, and common sense

What you'll do:

Set up and manage full-cycle recruitment (from job descriptions to offers and onboarding)

Assist in hiring for key roles (growth, product, support, tech, etc.)

Improve HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development

Work closely with the founder and key team members

Build company culture: regular feedback, a growth-oriented atmosphere, and clear expectations

Participate in team planning aligned with business goals

Build a team from scratch and influence the product through people

Maximum autonomy: focus solely on results

Work with smart, fast, and honest people

No bureaucracy-decisions are made in minutes
