Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; preferred.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience; 3+ years in exempt-level HR role.
• 2+ years applying/administering a CBA.

Aufgaben

• Administer labor relations policies and agreements, ensuring adherence to work rules and practices.
• Support escalated employee relations concerns, including grievances and union negotiations.
• Partner with HR leadership to deploy solutions in labor/union relations, attendance policy management (ADP), compliance, and investigations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Plant/Operations leadership and employees to resolve employee concerns in compliance with company policies and values.
• Stay connected with the Plant to understand employee perspectives by attending meetings and events.
• Enforce labor relations policies and agreements, ensuring adherence to business and union rules related to CBA and attendance policy.
• Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Investigate and administer worker compensation claims, manage record retention, approve invoices, and create documentation.
• Collaborate with corporate EH&S and HR on worker’s compensation case management.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Help leaders attract and retain talent to achieve business and growth objectives.
• Support HR Manager with performance management and employee engagement initiatives for assigned group
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the legal department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
