Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Experience with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development.
• Proficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Apply business analytics to enable leaders to make talent decisions and promote engagement.
• Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans aligned to business strategy.
• Identify and diagnose issues and implement root-cause solutions that improve engagement and business results.
• Participate in or lead HR projects and initiatives.
