Gensler in Phoenix seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with studio leadership on talent development, performance, and employee relations. You will educate and consult on core HR services, including benefits, HRIS, compensation, and mobility, while safeguarding policy adherence.
The role emphasizes strategic advisory, data-driven insights, and driving employee experience across the assigned studios in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
As a Human Resources Business Partner in Gensler’s Phoenix office, you will work closely with team members and leadership in supporting your assigned studios (business units). This is an opportunity to be part of a strategic HR service model in a creative and cutting-edge environment, in addition to being hand-on, working closely with the HR team and office leadership. You will be the day-to-day contact for your studios/business units to educate and consult on the firm’s core HR services, which include employee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures.
