Job summary

Network Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as the primary advisor for Sales and Marketing leaders, guiding people strategies across regions. You will partner with global HR and business teams to align priorities, drive HR cycles, and help fill capability gaps through TA, compensation, and L&D.

You will analyze attrition, engagement, and headcount trends to surface risks and support leadership decisions while enabling high-performing teams and compliant people practices in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on people topics for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ability to analyze attrition, engagement scores and headcount data.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).

Responsibilities

Business Partnership

Act as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders – a trusted advisor on all people-related topics

Develop a deep understanding of each function’s priorities, team dynamics, and challenges

Work closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions

People Programs

Drive and support core HR cycles: performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions

Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to support business needs and fill capability gaps

Analyze people data – attrition, engagement scores, headcount trends – to surface risks and inform leadership decisions

Team Effectiveness & Engagement

Support leaders in building high-performing teams; diagnose engagement gaps and follow through on action plans

Partner on org design and headcount planning discussions as teams scale or restructure

Employee Relations & Compliance

Manage employee relations matters including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests

Ensure people practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state law)

The total target compensation for this position begins at $110,000. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
