We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for assigned internal client groups. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees on all HR-related matters. In addition, the HRBP will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement solutions that support strategic business objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as core people partner to internal customer groups, supporting and advising leadership on people impact related to department objectives, company programs, and organizational change.
- Facilitates and/or supports discussions with organizational leadership related to workforce planning, talent management, and compensation reviews.
- Serves as change agent to the organization and leads implementation of new HR programs among customer groups.
- Provides guidance to employees and leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Utilizes data to build recommendations and proposals to improve performance, retention, and engagement of the organization.
- Stays abreast of external factors that may affect the organization, including standard HR practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Monitors customer groups for compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Addresses employee issues and provides recommendations related to employee performance, conduct, and/or workplace issues.
- Administers policies and procedures and provides ongoing support to customer groups on HR-related matters.
- Works closely with HR SMEs (recruiting, payroll, benefits, travel, etc.) to ensure seamless organizational support.
- Works with external legal counsel for processing of employee immigration visas.
- Serves as primary point of contact for employees and managers for general HR-related topics.
- Works on special HR initiatives and time‑sensitive projects as assigned.
- Provides general support to other members of the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field.
- 5-10 years of or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources.
- 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Professional Human Resources Certification a plus.

- Solid understanding of HR compliance and its impact on the organization.
- Ability to identify and assess problems and provide recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Strong attention to detail and data‑analysis skills for informed decision‑making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Physical Demands and Travel Requirements
- Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Employee may frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk. Employee must communicate clearly.
- Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are necessary. Employee must remain sharp, focused, and alert.
