Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Recruiting Leadership, Talent Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or HR, with direct experience advising senior leaders on org and people strategy.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder situations with sound judgment, including performance issues, restructures, and sensitive employee matters.
• Experience using people data (engagement surveys, attrition metrics, performance trends) to build recommendations and influence leadership decisions.
• Track record of designing and executing people programs end-to-end (e.g., performance cycles, talent reviews, org redesigns) with measurable business outcomes.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information across all levels of the organization.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

As an HR Business Partner on the People team, you'll partner with one or more functional leadership teams to translate business strategy into people and org strategy. You'll own the full HRBP lifecycle for your client groups, from org design and performance management to employee development and retention, using data and sound judgment to directly influence how Coinbase scales.

$176,035-$207,100 USD
