National Safety Apparel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people practices with manufacturing operations, drive workforce excellence, and serve as a trusted advisor to plant leaders. This onsite role in Grove City, PA partners with leadership and employees to foster safety, growth, and collaboration across the workforce.

You will guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while addressing employee relations issues,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, wage and hour regulations.

We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing plant leaders, helping create a high-performance, engaged, and compliant workforce at National Safety Apparel! This pivotal role offers the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting, partnering directly with leadership and employees to foster a culture of safety, growth, and collaboration.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be the critical link between HR strategies and operational execution. Your expertise will guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives, ensuring each team member thrives. You will collaborate closely with leaders to resolve employee relations issues, support organizational development, and utilize HR data to inform strategies that boost productivity and retention. This hands‑on role provides visible, responsive support, making a real difference in day‑to‑day manufacturing operations.

• Onsite in Grove City, PA, with light "as needed" travel to FL and IL
• Some flexibility with start/end time, M-F

Required Skills

• Proven employee relations judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting
• Ability to coach management and influence decisions
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, wage and hour regulations
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of manufacturing or hourly workforce environments
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and listening skills
• Fluency in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and culture initiatives

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus
