This is an exempt-level Human Resources Business Partner position that supports a 24/7 healthcare environment. While the position is primarily scheduled during standard business hours, candidates must be able to demonstrate flexibility in their work schedule to meet the needs of hospital operations.
A hybrid work arrangement may be considered following the successful completion of a comprehensive 90-day onboarding and training period. During this initial period, in-person presence is expected to ensure effective onboarding, relationship building, and a thorough understanding of organizational culture, business operations, and client group needs. Even after a hybrid schedule is established, regular onsite presence remains an important component of the role, as success in the position depends heavily on developing trusted partnerships with leaders and employees.
Occasional evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday availability may be required to support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, emergency operational needs, special events, leadership meetings, or other business-critical activities. These situations are not routine or scheduled commitments; however, candidates should be comfortable working with flexibility when circumstances require.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, relationship-focused, and understands that effective HR partnership in a healthcare setting requires visibility, accessibility, and a strong presence within the organization.
Establish and maintain relationships with assigned client groups to influence, develop and integrate targeted human capital strategies based on needs of the business. Provides strategic consulting, direction and assistance in the execution of people or business strategies, organizational development, talent retention, employee relations, performance management and internal communications for assigned units.
