Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Inspire Brands, you’ll be more than an HR practitioner—you’ll be a strategic advisor and catalyst for change. You’ll partner directly with bold, forward-thinking leaders to shape talent strategies that fuel business performance and reinforce Inspire’s “People First” philosophy.

You’ll dive into a dynamic mix of organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning—delivering real impact through smart, people-centered solutions. This is a role for a savvy, collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building a workplace where innovation and maverick thinking can thrive.

This role is located in our Boston Support Center with an in-office expectation 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, and general HR support
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of key talent initiatives and programs—such as performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, and other workforce processes—including planning, communication, training, execution, and follow-up
  • Address complex employee relations issues with urgency, sound judgment, and a commitment to fairness and integrity
  • Influence and advise leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and business needs
  • Analyze people trends and cross-functional data to identify insights and provide actionable, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Education And Experience Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • 3+ years' HRBP experience
  • 7+ years' of HR Generalist experience preferred
