You will
  • Be our primary US-based HR Partner, responsible for all human resources needs of our growing American team.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals and supporting change and organizational development.
  • Act as the go-to HR expert for all US-based managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, HR compliance, conflict resolution, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with our global HR team to ensure alignment with company policies and initiatives.
We expect you to:
  • Have a solid operational HR background and a broad HR toolbox with significant experience as an HR generalist or manager, preferably in a fast paced environment
  • You have a proven track record of supporting a multi-state workforce
  • Degree within relevant academic field
  • Experience working within logistics and/or transportation is a plus
