The HR / Business Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for human resources, employee records, payroll coordination, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and records.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and required documentation.
Track attendance, leave, timekeeping, and employee information.
Assist with payroll preparation and resolve payroll-related questions.
Maintain HR databases and ensure employee information is current.
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents.
Handle general office administration, including filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
Process invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and other business-office paperwork as assigned.
Assist management with compliance documentation and internal procedures.
