Compensation: $20- $22 per hour
Shift Options: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Benefits Assistant at GetixHealth, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team by administering day-to-day benefits operations and ensuring employees receive accurate, timely support. You’ll be responsible for helping employees understand and navigate their benefits while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality support and service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Office-based role requiring long periods of sitting and regular use of standard office equipment (PC, phone, keyboard, etc.).
Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.

Experience with HRIS systems (preferably UKG) — managing employee records, benefits data, or payroll-related information
