Job summary

Walmart East Greenville is looking for an HR Associate to support leadership with recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR issues and guiding the execution of HR programs.

You will also assist with scheduling, attendance, and performance initiatives, while ensuring alignment with company HR policies and employee engagement goals.
