Job summary

Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is seeking an HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations at our Lexington, KY facility. You will help ensure compliant HR practices and accurate records while partnering with the Administrator and HR team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a healthcare setting. This salaried role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing HR is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment, postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain job descriptions and handbooks.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain records.
• Support training, track certifications, and HR reporting.
