ENSTAR Natural Gas Company in Alaska is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the HR team. You will support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and help with HRIS data entry and processing PANs.

You will handle confidential information with professionalism, maintain the organizational chart, and assist with general HR questions while supporting administrative duties across the department.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year administrative support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background, employment, drug, and driving checks.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Manage HRIS data in JD Edwards and process PANs.
• Maintain employee files and respond to HR inquiries.
• Support organizational charts and other HR administrative tasks while keeping information confidential.
