What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-5+ years\' experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information while adhering to data privacy standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Schedule flexibility to support a 24x7 operation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years\' experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of US legislation regarding Leave of Absence and Accommodations
  • 1 year of experience in Leave and/or Accommodations management
  • Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws
  • Bachelor\'s degree or advanced college education in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
