Job summary

DOF is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee communications. The role partners with the Human Resources team to coordinate hiring activities, welcome new employees, maintain HR records, and contribute to HR initiatives.

Based in Houston, Texas, this full-time fixed-term contract offers exposure to HR disciplines, collaboration with leaders, and opportunities to develop HR skills while ensuring processes run smoothly and compliantly.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR administrative, recruiting, and project support experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience using Workday HRIS system is a plus.

Join DOF as our HR Assistant
Are you passionate about people, organization, and creating a great employee experience? As an HR Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting employees throughout their journey with the company, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and HR initiatives.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate hiring activities, welcome new employees, support employee communications, maintain HR records, and contribute to meaningful HR projects that help shape our workplace. You'll gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines while helping ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
