Job summary

NetJets Internship Program is designed for current undergraduates to work on meaningful projects during the June to August 2027 period. Interns will gain exposure to NetJets' operations, data analytics practices, and professional culture, with mentorship from department leaders.

Participants collaborate on real assignments, develop analytics skills in Excel, and build relationships across teams while learning NetJets’ approach to business decisions and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
  • Develop an understanding of NetJets operations, approach, methodology, and tools.

Purpose of Position

Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideal candidates are interested in analyzing workforce and employee data to help organizations make informed talent and business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and basic data analysis techniques.
  • Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
