  • Assist with development and refinement of state personnel policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide consultative services to agency HR directors on policy interpretation and best practices.
  • Lead or participate in HR-related projects, including compensation structure changes and workforce transformation initiatives.
