HR Advisor, Client Services Lead – RPO Remote (0033716) Houston, Texas

Salary: USD68000 - USD72000 per year

Location: Remote | Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking an HR Advisor, Client Services Lead to coach and oversee the HR Connect (HRC) Channel Support team. In this role, you’ll ensure delivery of world-class HR and employee support services across chat, phone, and case management. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to drive results for the HR Connect Advisor global financial platform company committed to helping people and businesses prosper.

We’re looking for a strong leader with HR Generalist expertise, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This is a remote position that requires working business hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach the HRC Channel Support team to achieve service excellence.
  • Oversee daily team performance, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback.
  • Advise employees and HR partners on HR programs (benefits, payroll, LOA, compensation, engagement, onboarding, learning & development).
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Manage multiple HR projects while driving process improvements.

  • 3+ years leading teams and meeting SLAs.
  • 3+ years HR Generalist experience across end-to-end HR programs.
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a remote, high-volume, global HR environment.
  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST with occasional overtime.
