Job summary

Terumo Europe NV in Germany is seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Intern/HR Administration Intern to join our HR team in Eschborn. This 4‑month internship offers hands-on experience in onboarding, HR administration, and internal communications within an international environment.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, and fluency in German and English. We offer a hybrid work setup with benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientedPeople Experience Intern/HR Administration Internto join our HR teaminEschborn (Germany). Job Responsibilities

• Support various HR activities such asonboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
• Assist in maintainingHR systems and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help improveinternal HR communicationby maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees.
• Organizepreventive examinationsforassociates and support in the creation ofHRletters andcertificates.
• Assist inHR documentation and compliance efforts, ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overallemployee experienceand provide assistance on ad hocHR projects.
• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strongverbal and writtencommunication skills with fluency inGerman and English(additional European languages are a plus).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
