Chromalloy in New York is seeking a Production Worker to support aerospace component manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prep materials, support production processes, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role includes training on first shift for 90 days, then working the 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 7:00am–7:00pm). You must have a High School diploma, be able to read/write English, follow instructions, and maintain a

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Shift:

4th Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm)

Union:

This position is represented by Local 475.

Starting Rate:

$22.39/hr

Training

New hires must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p) for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to their regularly assigned shift

What You'll Be Doing

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements
