High Plains Senior Care Home Health seeks a Home Health - Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate nursing care.

The RN will also educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality patient care. This position emphasizes independent and team-based nursing.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in Texas is required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience is required.
• Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
