High Plains Senior Care Home Health in Lubbock, TX is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to patients, assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and educate families on health maintenance.
The role requires an active Texas RN license, at least one year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred), strong communication, and reliable transportation; dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Competenze
- Current RN license in Texas is required.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
- Home health or hospice experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
