Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectures and methodologies for complex products across multiple disciplines.
• Evaluate new technologies and create integration plans.
• Review designs for compliance and innovate improvements.
• Influence decision-making with domain expertise and industry standards.
• Mentor less experienced staff and promote engineering excellence.
• Design and manage IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Obtain Aruba Technical Certifications and CCIE Routing certifications.

Technical Requirements

• Design, implement, and manage IP-based networks.
• Resolve complex network issues and act as a focal point for problem resolution.
• Deep understanding of IP Routing protocols; additional skills in LAN Switching, QoS, Wireless, MPLS, Network Security are a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of experience.

Additional Skills

Cloud architectures, cross-domain knowledge, design thinking, DevOps, distributed computing, microservices, security mindset, UX.
