Job description

A high-end Dental Practice in Durbanville, Western Cape , requires a skilled HPCSA Registered Dental Assistant to join their team.

The practice aims to provide an exceptional experience to its patients and is looking for someone who can bring added value and an extra spark to the team. As a high-end boutique practice (offering both skin and dental services), they deliver more than just dentistry; they offer a comprehensive experience to their patients.

Being a digital dental practice, they require someone who is committed to continuous improvement, learning, and growth. The successful candidate’s remuneration will reflect their high skill level. The practice maintains high standards, evident in patient reviews, and they seek to uphold these standards with the new team member's help and expertise. Candidates who do not align with these high standards may find the environment unsuitable.

The practice sees a maximum of 5 patients a day so when the Dental Assistant is not busy assisting, they are expected to work at the front desk, doing reception work.

Due to rapid growth, the practice needs additional staff to complement its existing amazing team. The ideal candidate should :

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 and 2x 30min lunch times. Saturdays, 09 : 00 -13 : 00

Salary : Depending on experience, the starting salary is R8500 + travel allowance. (Part-time position also available)
